Donating to the Gravenhurst Health Hub will help us to renovate over 12,000 square feet of vacant space that will house a variety of health services for our growing and ageing population. This space is critical to allow us to recruit new providers, bring services together, and create new innovative programs.
Together we can eliminate the primary care crisis in Gravenhurst and enable every resident to have a family physician or nurse practitioner.
